CCHIE provides physicians at any point of care access to their patient records. As CCHIE grows over the next five years by connecting hospitals, physician offices, labs, home health, radiology, and others, the data exchanged will become much richer and more valuable.

Internet Connection: A broadband or high-speed connection is required

Monitor Resolution: For best viewing results, your computer monitor should be set at a desktop resolution of 1024 by 768 or higher
